Absolutely. This training is designed for anyone who wants to improve their negotiation and communication skills—or take them to an elite level.

Beginners often experience a powerful transformational “aha!” moment and a rapid improvement in their abilities. At the same time, even some of the world’s most experienced negotiators leave our training with sharper, more refined tools and techniques than they had before. Whether you are just starting out or already have extensive experience, this training will help you take your skills to the next level.

The number of participants in each three-day training program is strictly limited to 12 in order to ensure a highly personalized approach, detailed feedback, and maximum value during exercises and negotiation simulations.

Each three-day training is led by at least two instructors (Adam and Helena).

For one-day training programs, the maximum capacity is 16 participants. The names of the instructors are always specified in the details of each individual training date.

Negotiation is primarily a skill, and elite negotiators work on practicing and refining their skills every single day. Negotiation is a lifelong discipline, in which every single one of us can find more room to grow. Regardless of how much training or experience you already have, our goal is to help you discover new perspectives, sharpen your existing tools, and continue your development as a negotiator. Our instructors have trained elite hostage negotiation teams, diplomats, top businesspeople, NGOs, and intelligence agencies around the globe. ow you have the rare opportunity to benefit from their unique approach as well.

Our greatest strength lies not only in the unique qualifications and unparalleled experience of our instructors, but above all, in our training approach.

While many courses focus primarily on negotiation tactics and strategies, translating these into real life often fails because of the inability to mobilise this knowledge under pressure. Our unique methodology focuses not only on the development of core negotiation skills, but also their immediate application through realistic negotiation simulations and hands-on exercises. The end result is an immediate positive impact on your ability to negotiate in real life situations.

Elite negotiators never stop learning. They train and refine their skills every single day.

True experts understand that there is always more to learn. In reality, there are no final experts—only people with different levels of knowledge and experience.

Negotiation is a lifelong discipline, and every one of us has room to grow. Regardless of how much training or experience you already have, our goal is to help you discover new perspectives, sharpen your existing skills, and continue your development as a negotiator.
