(hereinafter referred to as “Vyjednavame.cz”)

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between buyers (also referred to as customers) of products or services sold by Vyjednavame.cz.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL EVENTS

Terms and Conditions of Vyjednavame.cz for the organization of training sessions and educational programs.

Definitions:

  1. Customer or Buyer: a person interested in organizing or participating in an educational event.
  2. Educational Event: a seminar, course, training, conference, e-learning course, webinar, or other educational program formats.
  3. Open Course: a course available to individual applicants. Open courses have a predetermined date, and Vyjednavame.cz accepts registrations from individual participants.
  4. Order: a written order for the organization of an educational event or a participant registration for an educational event in written or electronic form.

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between customers or participants of educational events and Vyjednavame.cz as the organizer.

I. Terms and Conditions for Open Courses

Ordering an Educational Event, Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

  1. Every order placed by the buyer is binding. By submitting an order, a purchase agreement is concluded between the customer and Vyjednavame.cz. By submitting an order in any form, the customer confirms the accuracy of the provided information and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Vyjednavame.cz.
  2. Orders or registrations may also be submitted electronically. Such orders (including orders sent by email) are also considered binding.
  3. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Payment Terms

  1. The participation fee for an educational event must be paid based on an invoice (tax document) issued by Vyjednavame.cz.
  2. Invoice due dates are set between 10–20 days.
  3. The invoice due date may be shortened by Vyjednavame.cz if the time between the order submission date and the course date is shorter than the standard due date specified above.
  4. The decisive moment for payment receipt is the date the invoiced amount is credited to the bank account of Vyjednavame.cz.
  5. The customer must provide the correct payment reference number when making payment.
  6. The customer may agree with Vyjednavame.cz to pay the invoiced amount in cash. Such payment must be made no later than on the day of the educational event. The customer may also pay the participation fee online by credit/debit card through a payment gateway.
  7. If the number of registered participants is insufficient, the event may be canceled. In such a case, Vyjednavame.cz will offer the customer an alternative participation option in another educational event or refund the participation fee in full based on mutual agreement.

Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

  1. The customer or participant may withdraw from the purchase agreement and cancel participation in the educational event no later than 30 days before the event date. In such a case, the customer is entitled to a free cancellation and a refund of the paid participation fee or agreed price (if already paid). Vyjednavame.cz is not obliged to consider later cancellations.
  2. If the customer cannot attend, they have the right to send a substitute participant.

II. Terms and Conditions for Customized Courses

A customized course is an educational event organized by Vyjednavame.cz for a single customer. Such educational events are attended by a larger number of participants and are tailored specifically for the customer, for example for a company sales department or part of it.

Ordering an Educational Event, Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

  1. Every order placed by the customer is binding. By submitting an order, a purchase agreement is concluded between the customer and Vyjednavame.cz. By submitting an order in any form, the customer confirms the accuracy of the provided information and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Vyjednavame.cz.
  2. Binding orders may also be submitted electronically (e.g., by email).
  3. Each order for an educational event must include the identification of Vyjednavame.cz as the organizer and the identification of the customer. The order must also include the course name, duration, date and location, agreed price per participant, and total agreed price.

Payment Terms

  1. The agreed price for organizing the educational event must be paid based on an invoice (tax document) issued by Vyjednavame.cz.
  2. Invoice due dates are set between 10–20 days.
  3. The invoice due date may be shortened by Vyjednavame.cz if the time between the order submission date and the course date is shorter than the standard due date specified above.
  4. The agreed price must be paid no later than 1 day before the educational event takes place.
  5. The decisive moment for payment receipt is the date the invoiced amount is credited to the bank account of Vyjednavame.cz.
  6. The customer must provide the correct payment reference number indicated on the payment request or invoice.
  7. The customer may agree with Vyjednavame.cz to pay the invoiced amount in cash. Such payment must be made no later than on the day of the educational event.
  8. If a higher number of participants attend the educational event than specified in the binding order, Vyjednavame.cz is entitled to charge the customer an additional amount corresponding to the price for each additional participant.
  9. If a lower number of participants attend the educational event than specified in the binding order, the total agreed price remains unchanged.

Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

The customer may withdraw from the purchase agreement and cancel the educational event no later than 30 days before the event date. In such a case, the customer is entitled to a free cancellation and refund of the paid amount (if already paid). Vyjednavame.cz is not obliged to consider later cancellations.

III. Personal Data Protection

  1. Vyjednavame.cz processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
  2. Vyjednavame.cz processes personal data necessary for fulfilling contractual and legal obligations. It also processes personal data based on the consent of the customer/buyer.
  3. If you believe that we process your personal data in violation of applicable laws, you have the right to request an explanation and correction of the situation or file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7 (www.uoou.cz).

IV. Miscellaneous

  1. Vyjednavame.cz reserves the right to modify the educational event program, change instructors, and change training or lecture facilities.
  2. Each participant will receive a certificate upon completion of the educational event.
  3. Legal relations between Vyjednavame.cz and the customer/buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

These Terms and Conditions are valid from November 11, 2024.
