These cancellation terms govern the rights and obligations between vyjednavame.cz s.r.o., Company ID: 23251107, with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město (Prague 1), 110 00 Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), and the participant of the negotiation training (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).
1. Cancellation by the Participant
The Participant is entitled to cancel their participation in the training at any time before the training begins by sending a written notice via email to the Organizer’s contact email address.
The cancellation is considered delivered at the moment the email is received in the Organizer’s inbox.
2. Cancellation Fees
In the event of cancellation, the Participant is required to pay the Organizer a cancellation fee in the following amount:
- 30 or more calendar days before the start of the training:
0% of the training price - 14–29 calendar days before the start of the training:
50% of the training price - 6 or fewer calendar days before the start of the training, or in the event of non-attendance without prior cancellation:
100% of the training price
The Organizer is entitled to offset the cancellation fee against the training fee already paid. Any overpayment will be refunded to the Participant without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation.
3. Substitute Participant
The Participant is entitled to arrange a substitute participant. The Participant must notify the Organizer of this fact before the start of the training.
In such a case, no cancellation fee will apply.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the training or change its date, particularly due to an insufficient number of participants or other serious organizational or operational reasons.
In such a case, the Participant is entitled to:
- participate in an alternative training date, or
- receive a full refund of the training fee already paid
The refund will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of notification of the training cancellation.
5. Final Provisions
These cancellation terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms; for the Participant, the terms valid on the date of ordering the training are binding.
